Skits triggers in Xillia are tied to the framerate somehow, which was locked at 30fps on the PS3. On consoles, where the FPS is locked at 60, areas with multiple that trigger back to back are having issues triggering, taking more than 5 minutes to actually appear, or on PC's with higher framerates simply never triggering at all.
