I believe the Chandler is either the hatched Egg or an hour that arises from the Egg's hatching. I believe that the Egg was divided when the gods from stone fell, likely by the Axe. This division opened the Tricuspid gate and allowed half to return to the Glory while the other half fell into Nowhere. The Nowhere Chandler is the Watchmans mirror and the oldest hour from light. The Flowermaker is the merger of the Sum and the Egg that returned when the Tricuspid gate opened again during the Intercalate. Their ultimate goal is to rebirth both suns, since division could open the gate and fusion is greater than division the power could be used to completely destroy the gate and reopen the path to Glory forever and for all. This works because the Watchman is one third Egg, one third Sun, and one third Gate, when the Egg and Sun are removed by the fusion, all that is left is the Gate, burned away in the center of a binary star.
