its either cut or bugged because it absolutely does not have the same killing effect as the 75 HE. I wouldnt be surprised if it were cut because it behaves the same way as other known cut shells where it is not at all reliable whether it will wipe a cluster of infantry or not
the HEAT is also really underwhelming and doesnt seem to set off ammo any better than shot. basically everything one taps you which means you need to kill on the first hit or you die. very frustrating and right now it is suffering from the server wide aggro that new vehicles have where everyone wants to kill it

its on the 5th tanker division. a simple swap on a tanker squad is really no big deal either
