Whirlwind buff mechanic is exactly what makes his LV2 annoying. It's also basically a stealth change to the mash levels of his Spinning Mixers from SFV, which as a mechanic I felt like was more defining for the character.
Arabian Cyclone just looks too similar to his regular fireball.
