In my experience the senator is laser accurate if I pull it out, hit crouch, aim and shoot.
I've been hitting overseers at around 25-50 meters in the head pretty consistently with it.
But I don't use it anymore with the warrant now.
Think you might be right, but from what I've seen the shot just seems to punch through enemies and keeps traveling until it hits a damageable body part.
It miiiiiight just be physics jank though and be best if you aim for the eye.
Need to experiment with that today until it's consistent.
