bbs, days, coded/recoded, ddd, khx, x, ux, uxdr, kh0.2, kh3, ff7r, ff7 rebirth, kh4 etc all have co directors aka the actual directors while nomura is just the ideas guy
even when versus became xv in 2012 tabata joined as co director at first and nomura even said himself in 2013 when talking about tabata having joined xv as co director that co directors on his games are the ones managing the day to day work, not nomura
