Yes, but it's these ports that are delaying the games from coming out. It used to be that the game would come out on it's original platforms first, and then every port NISA made for the game would come out months after. But then they punished PS4/PS5 users by making them wait for the ports to be ready so that they could make more money from the ports that they made themselves.
