Thereabouts yeah for loading angle. Iowa had a report for 2.5rpm denied for balance, Italy is getting screwed with 1.3rpm despite apparently having a lot of evidence it could do more, haven’t been following it the closest. Bismarck is getting a speed that broke its hoist or something irl, while the 15” premiums are getting the same despite some people saying those ships weren’t supposed to get the loading equipment to enable that due to space and weight constraints. Not sure if that’s correct or not since I don’t speak German or Russian and they are paper ships anyway.
