I might be wrong when it comes to the monthly shops since I don't remember exactly but it seems we have a small surplus without taking into account the freebies we've been getting, the tower cycle, the increasing tower rewards and the extra rainbow orbs from story and scene0 chapters.
I'm not saying we're gonna be swimming in them soon and I didn't have maxing 3* megucas in mind, but I think we're slowly but surely getting enough rainbow orbs to max out our 5* girls.
For the sisters who think this is ridiculous, I'd like to remind you that 9 of those 12 rainbow orbs are required for rank 112 to 120, which don't give that much. If you think rainbow orbs are what's going to wall your progress in content, you should just stop at 111.
