as much as it needed to be dialed back i think all the people calling jeff bad are the ones who only really played flank jeff and wish they still had that playstyle available to them on their funny ebin mascot character
ideally they'd introduce a dps character who plays similarly to old jeff (but more reigned in) so both playstyles can exist. that said there's still a bunch of flankers old jeff mains could pick up but they're mostly close range
