there are some real facts here.
any backl of tards can do normal and most of the time you can carry a few backpacks in heroic, but if your team is half backpacks but wont acknowldge it and stick to normal or try to improve its bad.

Guilds fell apart when the only way for the more tryhard/people who cared more about ilevel than social group went off on their own to prog, friends stopped wowing.

If youre all willing to be casual and just accept that you're not a prog guild you're a social guild that raids a bit it can work. but if there a split it aint gonna last. I fall into the "decent player who would rather carry bad friends than make progress" category, but several others in my old friend circle were not that way and now virtually none of us play together any more. The bads moved server en masse to some fotm "good server" the tryhards either quit or are off trying hard with new friends and here I am leveling alts and pvping by myself on mg.
