Only if you look in that direction. This is not necessary with Springtrap as stereo audio will tell you where he is without having to do anything. Even if you don't think it's a major advantage, it still is an advantage and goes against BHVR's promised rules for cosmetics. They're supposed to be cosmetic ONLY, providing no gameplay advantage whatsoever.
