Skirk will carry you. She is fairly strong.
The thing about Escoffier is that she moves Skirk from "as good as the other good main DPS" to "Mavuika tier"
Next banner is Mavuika, but she needs Citlali too, to be "the Mavuika" who craps all over other characters.
Either character is good and will make things easier for you.
