The reaction itself is pretty bad based on the latest info:
Tick rate is actually once every 2 seconds instead of once per second. Same base damage as normal EC reaction.
Final damage is additive based on team members but there's fall off. 2nd biggest contributor is 50% value and 3rd biggest is 8%. This means stacking team buffs like sucrose or C2 Kazuha won't help much. Every characters proportional damage is calculated based on their own crit chance and damage.
The end result is less uncertainty in the damage output compared to traditional EC, but LC doesn't actually do that much more dps overall.
