Why even add shipping optional moments for Krusie or Kriselle if he doesn't want to go that way? With Undyne and Alphys it was always meant as a joke to date them with Frisk because character was a child. I think Toby will use optional "flags" for his routes. Dialog and "gift" options or events options usually revolve around Susie, Noelle, Ralsei and Berdly so i think all 4 will somehow get their route
