Kinda. Mandricardo can replicate the firepower, but not the durability. Actual Durandal is indestructible, to the point the same Durindana sequentially blocked Artemis' kill sat arrows twice. Mandricardo died from it but it succeeded at that.
Additionally, the Sword version of Durandal is Anti-Unit. Hektor modified it into a spear exactly to increase its effectiveness. So while Mandricardo and Roland are limited to a single target, Richard can hit more people with the longer reach.
