Killing the ult CD is kind of boring as it doesn't really change gameplay much. It's already super low with improved CDR and charges. I'd say flight could go on it's normal CD if you get tagged with PS or knockdown while it's active and still not be useless. the movement utility of being able to drop flight whenever you wanted would be enough for me to have fun.
