Mondstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma all shared a unified fantasy world, but starting from Sumeru, the world shifted from otherworldly fantasy to otherworldly sci-fi. Especially in Natlan—the motorcycles really broke the immersion. And now with spaceships and alien civilizations in the mix… I can only say that Liyue and Inazuma were the peak for me, and those were the times I enjoyed Genshin the most.
