It doesn't. Minthara isn't nerfed. The Duke Ravengard isn't nerfed. No other true soul, prismed or otherwise is nerfed. The whole absolute plan wouldn't work if everyone tadpoled was deleved to level 1 to 3. Some have an excuse for being lower level than their background implies but most don't. Larian didn't give a fuck and coping for them isn't cool anon.
