xbox and ps use regular PC hardware. if it can work well on a device with X86 chip with nvidea / amd gpu, it can work well on the other devices. meanwhile nintendo switch is an over glorified mobile. that would have made sense in the 90s / 00s when that stuff was very cutting edge and everyone was trying to innovate by squeezing performance / creating unique quirks out of limitations.
