The only thing that was needed was making Luthor a VC FLC lord with a few reskinned zombies. His focus should have been what they did in the RPG: making him focused on conquering Lustria, and downplayed the pirate thing to a simple look. A coincidence owing to the fact that he lures ships to the coast and raises the dead.
