any dramaturgy chads can help me with how to stay healthy to use dramaturgy? at the moment I'm using resurgence and it's okay. obviously I can't just bring a med-kit because the whole point is to keep generating new items and dropping the other ones all over the map, it's a shame you can't see them all without hoarder which I'm obviously not going to use a perk slot on.
