Also I doubt you can play together well with text, honestly. The moment you start talking about builds, it'll take 20 years to discuss, and strategy talk will also require pings and shit and that shit can't be time-agnostic like text. Such is life.
Could have a text chat mod I guess, or steam overlay, or......Discord text overlay, and then it's back to just why not use voice chat. Of course, we have reasons to want to avoid voice chat but all roads of convenience lead to voice chat. Sucks for us but I also get why Larian didn't bother.
