This is an old style gacha so it'll unashamedly start kicking your teeth in after a few story packs, especially if you've ignored every game mechanic up to that point and eventually you'll run into stuff that you can't brute force without good gear (which is to some extent rng/timegated)
You have to be pretty strong just to beat the newest packs on normal
That being said if you're not retarded you can get caught up in like a couple months give or take a few weeks
