Reminder to also turn off particle shadows in the config appdata folder for HD2. It's set to be on by default and absolutely destroys your FPS because Swiggers thought every single dust particle having shadows was a good idea. This is the reason why arc weapons misfire btw. These particles are considered entities and that is why sometimes your arcs randomly fire off to hit the air.
