Your so called "highs" happen 2% of the time, there are like 3 good voice actors in the english dub in wuwa, the rest range from female rover tier to yapyap tier. You people have an issue in which if the characters aren't screaming their lungs out, or their expressiveness isn't dialed to 11, it's bad for some reason.
But I wouldn't expect a philistine like yourself to be able to notice, let alone appreciate, the subtleness of expression the other asian dubs have, the JP one in particular.
