He is just a tool that always gets the powers needed to solve everything. Look at Penacony and Amphoreus. Everyone else plans, explores, and solves mysteries while TB just tags along to activate the power he randomly got.
TB isn't a powerhouse that can lead a fight.
TB isn't a strategist so he never makes plans or contributes in the planning phase.
TB isn't a detective so he needs everyone else to piece things together for him.
TB can't do anything except use whatever random power the story needs.
Then TB is always treated as the hero when everyone else did 99% of the work.
