I mean if you want to get technical about the situation. Dechala is Greater Demon that was never mortal if they are going by End Times. She is mortal if you are going by 5th edition before she got written out of lore. Then you got Styrkaar who is mortal in Storms of Chaos but gets upgraded to a lesser demon in End Times as a reward from Slaanesh. Either one of those two could fit two roles. So like say they decide Dechala is the mortal lord they can say Styrkaar is the lesser demon.
