that only works if you're inverting enemy resistance, and if your only source of that is the nerfed mastery that inverts15% of hits, that's not very good tech. also enemy resistance bottom cap is -80% (doryani's bypasses this with "is equal to yours" mod) and you need penetration to scale it even lower under normal circumstances.
