A reminder, factions that are complete and need nothing
>Ogre Kingdoms, Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch, Beastmen, Warriors of Chaos, Dwarfs, Empire
Factions that only need a rework because their army roster is strong and needs nothing else
>HElves, DElves, Skaven, Cathay, Lizardmen
Factions that need a DLC but not a rework to feel complete
>Kislev, Greenskins, Chorfs
Factions that need both a DLC and rework
>Bretonnia, Slaanesh, Norsca, Wood Elves, Vampire Counts, Vampire Coast, Tomb Kings
Notice that its drucucks and asurtards the most vocal about their faction needing DLC when their armies have everything they need besides artillery which they dont even need because they have fucking dragons and in DElves case other monsters.
