not sure if I'm doing it optimally, but I like to do miyabi>build frost>Yanagi unload until mibi gets full stacks> swap to mibi unload and cancel into yanagi repeat.
If yanagi is dry then just keep mibibing or cancel full stack to your 3rd character, sometimes fielding nagi a little is fine too, if the electric bar is almost full and/or she almost gets enough energy to stripper pole. Remember to get her 2 stances up
