The issue with RR's damage doesn't really stem from its damage, it's from requiring to hit a weak point despite the damage. They have damage and health dialed in so tight that moving backwards (-1 damage) is the make or break point for killing heavies WITH a weak point hit. AT should be AT, not this silly minigame of required weak point hits.
Flubbers have vastly too much health for the number of them that spawn. Thankfully, AC pack and Eruptor literally one-shot them
Leviathans are a mess. The aforementioned "hit weak point or go game" design philosophy can't apply to a floating base with wallhacks, 1s delay between ragdolling one-shots that instantly respawns on death.
