Because they're a shit design that should have never made it past concept.
It's like when they put the DSS out the first time and the orbital barrage was just the entire map was a never ending traitor barrage as soon as you touched down, like how did you Swedish retards ever think that was even remotely a good idea?
It really shouldn't be needed to tell them that enemy that one taps you from across the map, is extremely difficult to even damage, and instantly respawns even if you manage to kill one, and there can be 3-4 on the map at once isn't a great enemy design.
