Recombinate prefixes. The answer is always recombinate. This is how you do it:
>Alt spam wanted prefix, like Prime
>Alt spam another wanted prefix on another base, like Victor's
>Recombine and succeed.
>You now have a rare with Prime and Victor's prefixes, as well as a likely random suffix
>Do the steps again, but switch Victor's with Versatile
>Then recombine those two prefix chest and pray you succeed.
Now you have a triple T1 prefix chest piece. After that, it is simple metamod -> chaos reforge/add, etc.
