Proof? The blog wasn't that clear. It sounded like they will find the weaker ones over time to buff, but the time frame is unclear. It's pretty damn shitty that almost all legendary/unique items are now worse than blue items, even if we consider the set bonuses as a part of them. It is a fun system , the rework is awesome, but I hope they pick up their pace.
