If the cause of an issue is known, and that cause is ignored because "what will people think" then it's a massive problem, and ignoring it helps no one. Pretending that because part of the issue makes you feel uncomfortable with accepting a truth, then you're part of the issue.

You're pathetically disingenuous. If you had a button that could only wipe out male priests that molested boys or male priests that molest girls, would you press the latter? If you say yes, then you're a hypocrite unless you're reasoning is "I don't care about boys" which is fine by me. Numbers wise is 5 to 1 at least.
