I mean, to be fair anon asked for a "proper EN MTL" I don't know how much of a proper MTL you can get than this.
Also, seems like it has been announced at least 8 months ago, so maybe there's hope the edited MTL is good? Or maybe the dev just forgot it existed and will never release anyway as he already made 2 games since this one.
