Pretty much. Even Sparkle got her re-up with Archer too.
Even before Archer, Sparkle was capable of dragging plenty of dps across the finish line, just maybe 1-2 cycles slower. Harmonies at e1+, maybe Abundances/Nihilities at e1+, dps at e0/preference territory. That's the most bang for buck.
