They are not touching DL or DK, even weak ones like Satella for obvious reasons. Not having magic might give them a hard time against rare monsters like NATO, Curse Golem or ghosts and ghost-like monsters, but not impossible. Only truly dangerous things, such as mature dragons, high-class devils, strong apostles, or god-tier human fighters, can become roadblocks.

Gandhi's plan wasn't completely retarded, just severely underprepared. He needed an entire army or at least half of the Demon Subjugation squad to stall Medusa for the Sealing Ward to work, thinking he alone could do it was the retarded part.
