I don't really get the point of adapting the games as a manga. With an anime at least you're getting full animation and voice acting. In a manga you're getting static pictures, which the games already have. And it's retelling the same story.
If it's a manga it should be an original story. You might as well, considering everyone who's reading it probably played the games already.
