Lancer turns to stone after Susie tells Tenna to fuck off and Board 3 gets cut. You can find him if you backtrack, but it doesn’t matter in the end cuz Kris takes him back to Castletown.

I don’t get this one either. It’s possible that 1) polycule shenanigans actually did confer SOME authority and Kaard just wasn’t paying attention since he’s an airhead or 2) striking a deal with Tenna (who used his rules card against the fun gang) was enough to keep him from turning to stone.
