They could have done that very easily by introducing Yrliet in cumrag (replacing Marazhai, who nobody uses)
Then on Janus have Vistenza as a potential companion instead
Yrliet would be in cumrag with the rest of the Crudarach survivors, maybe recently escaped from the homonculus or fighting in the arena for her freedom, and she offers to team up with you
