I mean it does make sense but the question is how to get casual people into comp. The divide between "AM playoffs" and "average casual player" is so great that a team of average casual players would get 2-6 in AM with 1 of them being a bye week. 6s is fun but if you're losing 6 officials in a row it's not very fun
