Until a character actually shows their power then no one is stronger than Phainon. Everyone should have learned by now that empty words mean nothing. Look at Herta. Acheron has shown nothing impressive and the Stonehearts are just like Herta, a lot of fluff talking a bout their strength but even Aven was pathetic.
