The ones that are chafing me right now at that the volume of certain sound effects in combat are always maximum regardless of your master volume setting and that under many circumstances if you back out of the character enhancement menus the special training program button does not appear in the character menu, forcing you to exit the menu and re-enter in order to use that menu again.
