Lots of people try to build up bomb stacks in lane by hooking heroes and sticking them or by just trying to gap close. But a great way to get a bunch of stacks early is to buy expansion and spamming uppercut to fling bombed troopers at heroes, it's weird that i don't see it happen very often. just get the uppercut and bomb cooldown upgrades and you can get a shitload of stacks
