Dragon hard counters ward haven
Your main wincon is obviously aether but dragon wipes the floor with her, the deck plays 8-9 cards that instantly delete your entire board and only filene requires an evo (or some combo like apollo)
You can steal wins with lapis or a very strong curve sometimes (willem is a good card vs dragon) but overall the matchup is massively dragon-favored
Rune is pretty much the same as dragon but less extreme because it plays less board wipes but still usually enough to beat aether. There's a good chance you instantly lose on turn 10
