Didn't had this experience in turtle but I do all roles so dunno, once the first batch of people get dungeon gear you do get less runs because everyone is doing fewer runs but you're still as needed whenever one happens, what changes is that some begin making alts for tanking or have tank OS finally but you're obviously still preferred if you were to tank
