Proof? To my knowledge the only document to make this claim is a Sonic Retro page of unknown origin that also lists Tails and Knuckles. No one actually knows where it came from and I don't see how a document that mentions Tails and Knuckles would have been written in 1991, unless they updated it over the years. I think the document is authentic, but I don't don't know when and where it originated. I've been trying to research this. If you have another source that corroborates Sonic being 18 I would like to see it, it could make it easier to understand who wrote it and when. The same document also claims Tails is "about 10", which is also somewhat strange. Speaking of
