AI and pathfinding are fucked, you don't ever get to fight defensive sieges because the AI will only ever doomstack a shitty settlement or besiege and force you to sortie, wall towers are insanely stupid where supply towers/barricades are dogdick, no really viable way to break into the city like in older titles making assladders almost a necessity (and even optimal due to how shitty and clunky siege towers and rams are), things promised/mentioned since g1 like ethereal units going through walls and artillery/weapons teams on the walls not being implemented (ironically enough, at least in wh2, mods were able to do this last one - a random polack in windows98 working for free can do something that CA has "engine limitations" in achieving), maps scale even worse than usual with unit size, I can go on. In a way it's not too different from wh2 abusing deadzones and expending ammo/winds->retreat/repeat, but on the other end of the sucks scale.

Have you actually did anything besides autoresolve a siege?
